2. Refund Request Policy

If you encounter technical system issues preventing document conversion that our support team cannot resolve, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing farvisiondigitalmedia@gmail.com.

3. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
